Honours Project

I am now more or less finished. All the sections are in, some of them need a few changes but nothing major. I will have to go and format the entire document which hopefully shouldnt take too long. Ive had it proof read again, still have a few comments in it where i have missed things or need to explain them more. Also still have to go through it and number all the figures etc
